Estimated time of implementation from the start of the work is 6 months, including acceptance. The parking fee is invoiced by the lessor on the basis of the aggregate FA after the end of the calendar month. The right to a 20% discount from the parking fee to the lessee shall be terminated if he does not pay the parking fee in time. Danube Park Inn has a cabaret, a live casino, a café bar and a nightclub. Due to the signed contracts it is not possible to carry out such operations in the Panoramas area.
